just a couple of quick questions (or at least i hope they're quick LMAO CRIES)!
if you're familiar with pokemon canon i'll make this quick and painless: -would certain legendaries (ones with mythological basing like the ones responsible for the creation of the world, the tao trio, the three musketeers, etc) be able to be used as personas? -do trainers get to keep their pokemon upon arrival if they'e on their person or do they Mysteriously Vanish?
basically, in the world of pokemon there are certain pokemon of which there is only one kind and these pokemon are referred to as legendary pokemon because of the fact they're, well, legendary. they have mythological basing in canon and said basing is often really extensive if one were to refer to both the show and games, and while they only exist in singular units (meaning there is only one arceus, the first pokemon for example), they do exist and they are still pokemon the main character can encounter through certain events during their journey. given the nature of pokemon, would these legendary pokemon still be candidates for personas or would they have to be something that is fictional in canon as well?
as for the second question, pokemon trainers tend to carry their pokemon in pokeballs either in their bags or on their belts. rarely do they go freeballin' like pikachu does. in the case of trainers keeing their pokemon on their person, do they retain their pokemon or do they count as powers and will somehow be either taken away or depowered so that they're just really weird-looking creatures doing their thing?
