Question about app canons. I'm interested in apping from Idolm@ster 2, but I want to app out of game canon rather than the anime. However, game canon is highly subjective--the player selects three idols, places them into a unit, and depending on their positions within the unit, general moods, and story events, different cutscenes and events can be unlocked. This allows for character development to happen in different directions although the base personality remains the same.

How would this be handled in-game? For instance, memories would conflict between canon-mates, due to coming from different play runs. Character A might remember leading a unit with B and C, B might remember A as a support member of the unit they lead, and C might remember having worked with D and E. Am I allowed to app from the game and resolve these things with canonmates as they happen?
