Minako is not appable at this time, but will be in the future. The same is true of Metis, and we apologize for not making that clear. However, Minako herself will be brought in through a plot, and Metis isn't tied to that currently but will have to wait until after that plot is resolved to be applied, along with any other alternate universe characters such as them. Basically, as the game stands currently, alternate universe characters are not allowed, and thus Metis will need to wait to be applied.

We will take the time to apologize for the lack of communication on this subject. It so happens that our decision on The Answer was one of the more last minute things we decided upon, and thus Metis's section of the NPC page will be edited soon to accomodate that. We're sorry for the inconvenience.
