Lacus has a few options, if you truly do not feel that she will have anything at all to repress, though keep in mind that even the most open of people tend to have at least a little something as they grow older. Still, there will be opportunities for her to acquire a Persona by other means (via meeting with specific NPCs that will be introduced via plot). After this, she can either be granted a combat role or a support role. Support Personae exist to help the rest of their party members; they scan for enemy weaknesses in battle, watch for health and status of the party members, as well as locating enemies and treasure in dungeons. They're even capable of things such as minor HP/SP healing as their skills grow.
There's also the option of not acquiring a Persona at all, of course. This means she'd only be able to access the TV world with the aid of a Persona user, after being made aware of its existence. She wouldn't be attacked by shadows while there, either. Bear in mind, though, that by entering the TV world for any length of time without a Persona means that any negativity she bears (whether it's denial, fear, or otherwise) would result in the manifestation of a Shadow, so if you have no plans for one, this is not a recommended method.
Lacus' status as a Co-ordinator would be nullified to that of a normal human while in the game. And as for Mr. Pink, as well as any other Haro that could potentially be brought in, they would be non-functional. Given that the technology doesn't exist within this particular universe, they'd be nothing more functional than something akin to a robotic puppy that you could buy at a toy store.
