The living corpses appear as sickly humans outside of the TV world, and Equius (if taken post-death) will appear like that from the get-go. Other than that, he will not show any physical signs of death, and be in one piece. Please note that living corpses do not breathe at any time, and so Equius would not be breathing inside or outside the TV World. In the TV World, he will show signs of strangulation and if he should take any serious damage, he will show it until healed by a healer type. If he were to leave the TV World hurt, however, he wouldn't show such damage outside of it. Once he returned, his body would revert to its damaged state. In that way, dead characters will not regain their health after sleeping in the world outside of the TV like living characters do, and will instead need to be healed by someone with healing abilities. (Bolding for emphasis and reference for others.) Please keep this in mind.
It would indeed be reasonable to say Equius would be really strong by 13-year-old standards in his human form. Since Equius would be a living corpse, Equius's teeth will appear normal and in a repaired state just as the rest of him does. There is the possibility that if he got into a fight they would be knocked or chipped to regain their battered state, but that would only be possible through development in game.
Since Equius won't be quite as strong as he was in canon, it would be best if he invested in knuckle gloves of some sort to help aid his handicap (or anything of that sort, really, we're fine leaving that up to you). Ultimately, we would like Equius to have some sort of weapon he can purchase and get upgrades for in order for him to deal more damage alongside the other Personae users. And yes, if Equius would like to learn how to use another weapon aside from his fist-enhancers, he may do so.
