We're going to have to say no to having characters have themselves as Persona in that regard. Gigantic characters will be stuck in a human shape outside of the human world in a size that is human, and they would return to their original size and shape inside the TV World.
As for Sentai types... we'll allow it, but ultimately recommend using "real" mythological figures. Summoning their Persona would be the same as any other Persona user as well and there would be no actual transformation that takes place of which to speak.
