Here is where you'll find the form for fandom applications, as well as submissions of both fandom and original character applications.

Guidelines for submission!

• Please do not submit applications until we indicate that applications are open.
• The subject line of your application should be as follows: CHARACTER NAME | CANON (ORIGINAL CHARACTER) | RESERVED/NOT RESERVED
• At this time, you may apply for two characters per application cycle, and a total of four characters per player. Each player is permitted to app one NPC. Applying for an NPC counts towards your total character count, keep in mind!
• Reserves are not required. If a non-reserve challenges a reserve, the reserve will be judged first.
• Applications will open at 12:00AM EST on the last Saturday of each month, and remain open until 11:59PM on the first Friday of each month. Dates for each cycle will be clearly labeled in this post.
• Acceptances will be handed out simultaneously following the closure of the app cycle, to ensure everyone looking to apply has a fair chance at the character they're interested in.
• Revision requests will be explained as clearly as possible. Those who plan on following through with a revision request will have one week from the date the request is made. We will do our best to respond to your revision as quickly as possible. Should there be any questions regarding revisions/requests, we will gladly explain further. Please contact us if you wish to do so.
• Just as a quick note, the mods would prefer players post their applications in the comments themselves rather than linking. It makes the process smoother for us!
• HAVE FUN! That's our primary goal here, after all!

Procedures for app processing:
• No acceptances or rejections will be handed out prior to the end of any given app cycle. They will be sent out simultaneously once all apps have been reviewed.
• Revisions will be requested upon reviewing of application. Those looking to submit revisions will have one week from the time of the request to do so. Should the revisions be submitted before the end of the app cycle, they will be processed alongside all other acceptances and rejections.

Guidelines for NPC applications!

• NPC characters have a stricter Activity Check format than that of other character types. Please be sure to review the Rules and FAQ for more information -- NPCs are not exempt from activity requirements!
• Hiatused, dropped, or unapped NPCs will be played by the mods if the situation calls for it. Please be aware, while we will not have access to your account, we do have accounts for these situations. We will only do so if it is necessary for moving plots, overarching or otherwise. There is absolutely no intent on stepping on current or potential players toes with this.
• You do not have to have an existing character to app an NPC.
• If you are apping an NPC at any point in the month, you will only be permitted to app one fandom/original character in the following application cycle.
• NPC applications are always open. We will not hold reserves! However the process is not first-come, first-served either and will be judged strictly on the understanding of the character as well as voice strength.
